Terms Of Agreement

The speaking fee for this engagement is $____. A 50% deposit is requested and payable to Susan Keane Baker (Tax ID #------------) when the program is booked. In the event that the engagement is cancelled, the deposit is not refundable, but may be applied toward another engagement held within two years of the date originally scheduled. The balance of the speaking fee is payable on the date of the program, if possible. | |
