How to encourage patients quickly

one of the 30-second tips is:
When you want to encourage someone who hasnโt been successful at what she wants to do, include one word - โyet.โ
For example: โYou havenโt found time to exercise yet. I have confidence you will make it happen.
โYou havenโt failed. Youโre still in the fight.โ
โSmall steps lead to big change.โ
โYour breakthrough may be just ahead.โ
โProgress isnโt always a straight line - every small step you take still counts.โ
โThe fact that youโre here today tells me you havenโt given up.โ
โChange is hard, and youโre still in the game. That matters.โ
โMissing a goal doesnโt mean failing - it means we have more information to work with now.โ
โIโm not keeping score. Iโm keeping faith in you.โ
โWeโre in this together, and Iโm not going anywhere.โ
โYour goal is still your goal. It hasnโt disappeared because your timeline has shifted.โ
โSome changes take root quietly before you can see them. Keep planting.โ
โSetbacks donโt define you - persistence does.โ
โKeep believing. Keep trying.โ
โEvery effort brings you closer.โ
Consider posting this list as a refresher for your team. Because feeling accepted and encouraged helps patients feel good about returning to you.
